Australia ETA Visa
An ETA is an electronically stored authority equivalent to a visa. There is no stamp or label placed in your passport. ETA information is accessible by airlines, travel agents and Australian border agencies. An ETA is linked to the passport number that is used in an ETA application and the holder must use the same passport to travel to Australia.
This visa lets you visit Australia:
* For tourism purposes or for business visitor purposes:
• as many times as you want, for up to a year
• and stay up to three months for each visit
You must not work in Australia on this visa.
An Australian ETA visa may be issued to citizens of the following nationalities only:
Group 1 ETA Visa - United States, Canada, Brunei - Darussalam, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore
Group 2 e-Visitor Visa - Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Requirements: In order to obtain an Australia ETA visa you must scan and email the following requirements:
• Completed Australia Visa Questionnaire
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• A clear, color copy of the passport
• A clear, color copy of the Driver’s License

Regular processing - 2 to 3 Business Days - $120.00
Rush Processing - Same Business Day - $140.00 (for qualified applicants only)
Australia Tourist Visa
For U.S. Citizens, Travel Authority or Visa (ETA) is required. The ETA can be issued by most travel agencies or airline Carriers.
U.S. Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay.
Ticket and documents for return or onward travel is required.
Requirements For U.S. Citizens To Obtain Visa To Enter Australia for Stay Exceeding 3 Months, and Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens
• Submit valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• Fully Completed and Signed 48 R Visa Application Form
• Completed Form 1190 (Additional Character Declaration)
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Proof of financial support while in Australia
• Letter from employer confirming leave of absence and vacation dates
• Letter from applicant explaining plans for the stay in Australia
• For Non-U.S. Citizens, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Services Cover Letter
Australia Business Visa
For U.S Citizens, Business Electronic Travel Authority or Visa (ETA) is required. The ETA can be issued by most travel agencies or Airline Carriers. U.S. Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay. Ticket and documents for return or onward travel is required.
Requirements To Obtain Business Visa To Enter Australia for Stay up to 3 Months
• Submit valid, signed Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• Fully Completed and signed 456 Visa Application Form
• Completed Form 1190 (Additional Character Declaration)
• 2 Passport Photographs
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• Proof of financial support while in Australia
• A business letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your Company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy Of Australia. The letter must state all of the following:
• Nature of business to be performed
• Business reference in Australia to be visited
• Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
• The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• For Non-U.S. Citizens, a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
