Bangladesh Visa

• Visa Required.
• Submit your U.S. Passport, must have 6 months remaining validity beyond travel date.
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 3 Passport photographs
• A business letter of responsibility (see sample below) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:

Consulate General of Bangladesh in Los Angeles, California
The letter must explain all of the following:
-Nature of business to be performed
-Name and address of reference in Bangladesh to be visited;
-Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
-This letter should be signed by an employee of the company other than the applicant.
• Letter of invitation from Bangladesh is also required. The letter should state the nature of the business to be conducted (ie. business meetings, contract negotiations, etc.)
• Copy of airline tickets or airline itinerary is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Cover Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
