Belize Notes
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for tourist or business travel to this country for stays up to 90 days.
A valid U.S. Passport is required.
Belize Tourist Visa
• U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
• No visa required for stay up to 30 days - extension possible at Immigration
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
• Sufficient funds for duration of stay
Requirements for Non-U.S. Citizens to Obtain Visa to Enter Belize
• Submit your valid passport, passport must have 6 months remaining validity
• 1 Fully CompletedVisa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• Evidence of legal residence in U.S.A. (ie: valid multiple entry visa with I-94 attached, copy of alien registration card)
• Copy of return/onward airline tickets or itinerary. Itinerary should show specific entries to Belize when requesting a Multiple Entries visa.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover letter
Belize Business Visa
• U.S. Passport must be valid 3 months beyond intended stay
• No visa required for stay up to 30 days - extension possible at Immigration
• Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel • Sufficient funds for duration of stay
