Bolivia Visa

• Visa Required
• Submit your valid, signed Passport, must have six months remaining validity and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully Completed Visa Application Form
• 1 Passport photograph
• Copy of airline tickets or copy of itinerary
• Evidence of funds available for your visit. Copy of most recent bank statement, or copy of front and back of a credit card.
• Copy of the hotel reservation or invitation letter from Bolivian friends or relatives indicating the host address.
• For Non - US Citizens: Copy of Green Card or proof of Legal Status in United States should also be Submitted
• Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever required for any applicant over the age of 12.
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Bolivia, Visa Section The letter must state all of the following: The nature of the business performed The name of the business reference to be visited Requesting visa validity required Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit Guarantee return transportation to the USA. The business letter should be written and signed by someone other than the applicant
