• A business letter from your firm (on company’s letterhead), addressed to Consulate General of Brazil.
The business letter should state all of the following:
-Name and title of applicant Purpose of trip and contact in Brazil
-The nature of duties to be performed in exact detail and assuming full responsibility for the applicant while in Brazil and return transportation.
-The letter should be signed by a company executive other than the applicant.
-The following sentence must also be added in the Business Letter: "The applicant will neither perform any technical work nor will he/she be remunerated (paid for services rendered) from Brazilian Sources."
