Laos Tourist Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit valid passport, must have at least six months remaining validity and one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• Copy of travel itinerary or tour confirmations
• For Non-U.S. citizens a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa is also required
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
Laos Business Visa
• Visa is required
• Submit your Passport, must have at least six months remaining validity and one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs
• An invitation letter from host company in Laos
• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Laos. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Laos to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant
• For Non-U.S. citizens a copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card) or valid U.S. visa is also required
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
