Please note that a visa is required to enter the Philippines for both US and non US citizens.
Individuals who are born in the Philippines (even if they are US citizens) will need to contact the Philippines embassy or consulate directly, Ambassador Passport and Visa cannot assist in obtaining those types of visas.

• Submit Valid, signed U.S. Passport, must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 2 passport photos
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form. Signature must be notarized (For the correct visa application to fill out, scroll down to the "Processing Instructions" section below)
• Copy of valid driver's license
• Copy of round trip ticket or itinerary
• Copy of hotel reservation
• Proof of financial capacity: Copy of most recent bank statements
• Proof of health insurance
• For Non - US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• Visa Required

• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General Philippines, Visa Section. The letter must explain all of the following:
-The nature of business to be performed
-Business reference to be visited in Philippines
-Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Philippines
-Return transportation to the U.S.A
-The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• For Non - US Citizens: A copy of Green Card or Legal Status in United States Should also be Submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
