Saudi Arabia Visa

• Submit your valid Passport, must have at least six months remaining validity, with at least two blank side by side visa pages

• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form

• 1 Passport photograph
• An Invitation from Saudi Arabia approved by Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs

• A Business letter of responsibility from the company in US, typewritten on your company letter head is required
The letter must state all of the following:

The nature of the business to be performed
Name, company position or title of business travelers
The name of the business reference to be visited
Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
Guarantee return transportation to the USA.
The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

• Copy of Certificate of Registration of the company in Saudi Arabia
• Copy of the Business License or Certificate of Good Standing of the US company.

• For Non-US Citizens: A copy of Green Card (Alien Registration Card) or proof of Legal Status, as well as a copy of most recent bank statement must be submitted

• A copy of Travel itinerary (if available)

• Completed and Signed Cover Letter
