• Zambia Visas are currently valid for 3 years multiple entries which may change without advance notice
Zambia Tourist Visa
• Visa Required
• Valid Passport (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 2 Fully completed Visa Application Forms • 2 Passport Photographs, back of both photographs should be signed by applicant
• Copy of travel itinerary or airline ticket
• For Non-US citizens, copy of Green Card or legal status in United States should also be submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days
• Anti-Malaria dosage is strongly recommended two weeks prior to departure
Zambia Business Visa
• Visa Required
• Valid Passport (must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay)
• 2 Fully completed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport Photographs, back of both photographs should be signed by applicant
• Copy of travel itinerary or airline ticket
• A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Embassy of Zambia
The letter must explain all of the following:
• The Purpose of Travel • Business reference to be visited in Zambia
• Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Zambia
• Return transportation to the U.S.A The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
• For Non-US citizens, copy of Green Card or legal status in United States should also be submitted
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required if arriving from infected area within 5 days

Consular fees are only payable by Money Order (which Ambassador Passport and Visa can purchase on your behalf)
Ambassador Passport and Visa Fees
$ 200.00 Regular Processing- 7 to 8 Business Days
$ 230.00 Rush Processing - 4 to 5 Business Days
$ 280.00 Ultra Rush Processing - 1 to 2 Business Days
Please note that the processing time does not include the day the documents are received.
There is a $20.00 charge to obtain money orders
